REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the financial terms, booking commitments, and transaction parameters governing all professional digital services, custom layout engines, and consultation sessions rendered by Blessing Siwela (“I”, “My”, “Studio”).

By utilizing the Custom Project Builder engine, authorizing a transaction via our secure checkout portal, or scheduling a strategic diagnostic session, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the commercial terms detailed below.

1. THE 30% NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTION DEPOSIT

All custom website engine builds, backend system restructurings, and interface design milestones require an upfront, non-refundable booking deposit equal to exactly 30% of the total calculated project scope fee.

  • The Allocation of Funds: The second your payment clears our secure checkout portal, this 30% activation fee is immediately fully earned. It is instantly deployed to cover deep backend system architectural asset mapping, localized staging server setup costs, high-fidelity visual layout wireframing, and the absolute isolation of your project’s timeframe block on my live production calendar.
  • The Non-Refundable Mandate: Because this deposit guarantees my immediate operational focus and blocks out other corporate client inquiries, this 30% booking deposit is 100% non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of project cancellation requests initiated by the client prior to launch.

2. STRATEGY AUDITS & PAID DIAGNOSTIC CALLS

For clients who choose our standalone 1-on-1 Strategic Consultation / Diagnostic Review, the upfront fee collected via our protected checkout portal is fixed, non-refundable, and required to secure your appointment spot.

  • Rescheduling Protocol: If you face an operational emergency, you may completely reschedule your calendar video time block through my integrated scheduling grid completely for free, provided you submit your request at least 24 hours prior to the booked video call.
  • No-Show Violations: If you fail to join the scheduled video consultation call within 15 minutes of the confirmed calendar block time without prior notification, the slot is permanently forfeited, and the fee is completely non-refundable.

3. MILESTONE HANDOVER & THE 70% PROJECT BALANCE

The remaining 70% balance of your custom website engineering project is explicitly tied to visual milestone approval:

  • Private Staging Review: All frontend system assets, functional components, and mobile layout layouts are built and exhaustively tested on a private staging link. The client has full operational access to review this build.
  • Final Release Invoicing: The final 70% invoice balance is issued only after the client reviews the staging workspace and signs off on final approval.
  • Final Delivery: The absolute millisecond the remaining balance transaction clears our secure gateway, the staging assets are pushed to your public live domain directory, and your custom documentation manuals are instantly transferred to your complete ownership.
  • Post-Deployment Status: Once live system assets are actively deployed to the client’s public hosting directory, all sales are absolute and final. No full or partial refunds are technically possible from that point forward.

4. TRANSACTION SECURITY AND CLEARANCE

All checkout workflows, upfront deposit processing, and consultation fee clearances are natively routed through our verified checkout portal network (PayU) using enterprise-grade bank encryption. The Studio holds zero authorization over processing delays, bank holds, or international currency clearance lags caused by your specific localized card issuer networks.
